The programme launched with TeamLease EdTech combines brand strategy, digital marketing, consumer insights, AI and business economics for working professionals.

The Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Lucknow has launched an 11-month Executive Programme in Brand Management in partnership with TeamLease EdTech, aimed at working professionals looking to strengthen their expertise in brand strategy, consumer behaviour, digital marketing and business decision-making.
The programme comprises 132 learning hours, including 114 hours of live online sessions and 18 hours of learning through a three-day campus immersion at IIM Lucknow.

Designed to connect marketing theory with real-world business challenges, the programme will use case studies, business simulations, projects, assignments, faculty-led sessions, practitioner-led masterclasses and peer learning.
The curriculum covers consumer insights, brand strategy and integrated communications, alongside digital marketing, e-commerce, performance marketing and customer lifecycle management.
Participants will also explore digital consumer psychology, brand storytelling, social media and influencer branding, marketplace and quick-commerce strategies, and omnichannel growth.
A key focus of the programme is the growing role of artificial intelligence in marketing. Participants will examine AI-driven marketing and advertising, including how emerging technologies can help businesses understand consumers, improve engagement and respond to changing digital customer journeys.
The programme also connects marketing decisions with the financial and commercial realities of managing a brand. Modules will cover unit economics, profitability, financial planning, valuation and governance, along with cross-functional leadership.
This approach is intended to help professionals assess brand-building decisions not only from a consumer and marketing perspective but also in terms of their broader business and financial impact.
The programme is aimed at brand and marketing professionals, digital and growth specialists, product and business leaders, entrepreneurs, sales professionals and those aspiring to leadership roles in marketing.
It is open to graduates, diploma holders and postgraduates. Selection will be based on candidates' academic and professional backgrounds and experience.
The programme's application-oriented format allows participants to apply concepts such as brand positioning, customer experience, digital growth and marketing economics to practical business situations.
Learning will be primarily conducted online, while the three-day campus immersion will provide participants with an opportunity for in-person academic engagement at IIM Lucknow.
Participants who fulfil the prescribed academic and attendance requirements will receive a Certificate of Successful Completion from IIM Lucknow.
Admissions for the upcoming cohort are currently open. Details regarding eligibility, curriculum, fees and the application process are available on the programme website.
