RRB NTPC graduate recruitment 2026 opens October 8 for 3,477 posts

The Railway Recruitment Boards (RRBs) have announced the 2026 recruitment drive for graduate-level posts under the Non-Technical Popular Categories (NTPC), offering 3,477 vacancies across various positions.

The indicative notice for Centralised Employment Notice (CEN) No. 06/2026 has been released, with the online application process scheduled to begin on October 8, 2026. Eligible candidates will be able to submit their applications until November 6, 2026, up to 11:59 pm.

The recruitment offers graduates an opportunity to apply for several positions in the Indian Railways, including Station Master, Goods Train Manager and Senior Clerk cum Typist, among other graduate-level NTPC posts.

RRB NTPC graduate recruitment 2026 selection process

The selection process will depend on the post applied for. Candidates may have to clear one or more of the following stages:

• Computer Based Aptitude Test (CBAT), wherever applicable
• Typing Skill Test, wherever applicable
• Document Verification
• Medical Examination

RRB NTPC graduate posts and pay levels

The recruitment is for graduate-level NTPC positions under CEN 06/2026. The posts include Station Master, Goods Train Manager, Senior Clerk cum Typist and other positions notified under the graduate category.

The posts carry Pay Level 6 or other applicable levels under the 7th Central Pay Commission, depending on the position.
