IIRF University Ranking 2024: IISc Bengaluru ranks #1 in deemed university for technical and research category

IIRF University Ranking 2024: The Indian Institutional Ranking Framework (IIRF) university ranking is released for the year 2024. IIRF is the most authentic non-government ranking framework in India, developed by the IIRF Centre for Institutional Research (ICIR). It ranks more than 1,000 educational institutions nationwide.

In the IIRF university ranking 2024, the Indian Institute of Science (IISc), Bengaluru, Karnataka, received the top spot in the deemed university (technical and research) category. In 2nd and 3rd place, respectively, are the Indian Agricultural Research Institute, Pusa, New Delhi, and the Homi Bhabha National Institute, Mumbai.

The University Institute of Chemical Technology, Mumbai, Maharashtra, and the Defense Institute of Advanced Technology, Pune, Maharashtra, showed no changes in their positions and are still in the 4th and 5th ranks, respectively.
