Siva Sivani Institute of Management (SSIM), Secunderabad inaugurated the PGDM 2025–27 batch with “SHUBHARAMBH 2025,” featuring industry insights, a MoU with NISM, and the launch of the induction program.

Siva Sivani Institute of Management (SSIM), Secunderabad marked a momentous beginning for the new batch of Postgraduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) students (2025–27) with an inspiring Inaugural Program titled “SHUBHARAMBH 2025” held on campus. The event brought together esteemed dignitaries, industry leaders, faculty and enthusiastic students.
Dr. Suresh Kumar Singhal, President of the Federation of Telangana Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FTCCI) graced the occasion as the Chief Guest. In his keynote address, Dr. Singhal emphasized the role of ethical leadership, entrepreneurship, and innovation in shaping future business professionals. He encouraged the students to make the most of SSIM’s industry-oriented learning environment. The event was further enriched by the presence of Mr. Alwala Devender Reddy, President of Hyderabad Management Association (HMA), who joined as the Guest of Honour. He shared insights into emerging trends in management education and stressed the importance of networking, communication, and continuous learning in a competitive global marketplace. He stated that Management Day is celebrated on February 21st every year. He appealed to students to celebrate it with full zeal and fervour.

As a significant milestone in the institution's strategic academic collaborations, the inaugural ceremony also witnessed the exchange of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between SSIM and the National Institute of Securities Markets (NISM), Mumbai. This partnership aims to promote advanced financial education, skill development, and research opportunities for SSIM students. Representing NISM, Mr. Subhayu Das, Assistant General Manager, NISM, Mumbai, addressed the gathering and highlighted the importance of Skill Development in Financial Markets.
Dr. Sailesh Sampathy, Vice President & Deputy Chief Executive, Siva Sivani Group of Institutions (SSGI), addressed the students. In his speech, he emphasized the institute’s commitment to excellence, innovation in pedagogy, and industry-aligned education. He motivated the students to approach their learning journey with curiosity, integrity, and a growth mindset. The program marked the formal launch of the Induction Program, designed to help the incoming batch integrate into the academic ecosystem through motivational sessions, industry talks, skill-building workshops, interactive and experiential learning experiences. Smt. Deepika Sampathy, Associate Vice President, SSGI highlighted the institute’s legacy of nurturing socially responsible and industry-ready leaders. She emphasized the importance of student involvement in academic and co-curricular activities and assured them of SSIM’s unwavering support throughout their transformation into capable professionals. Dr. Ambuj Gupta, Director, SSIM, addressed the students with a visionary speech. He highlighted the importance of academic rigor, interdisciplinary learning, and critical thinking in today’s management landscape. He urged students to adopt a learner’s mindset and make full use of the institution’s rich academic and professional ecosystem.
