
Legal cases involving Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, the Delhi government, and the AAP-led Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) are set to be heard by the Supreme Court and the Delhi High Court, marking Monday as a pivotal day for the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP).

The bunch of petitions were filed in the top court seeking a direction to cross-verify every vote cast on EVMs with paper slips generated by the VVPAT system.

Kejriwal had filed a petition in the apex court challenging his arrest and remand by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) in the money laundering case connected to the Delhi excise policy.

He secured a perfect score along with Dakshesh Sanjay Mishra and Aarav Bhatt, who got AIR 2 and 3, respectively.

Authorities report that Saurabh Kumar was returning from a wedding reception when the attack occurred.
