Kejriwal has been remanded to ED custody until March 28 by Rouse Avenue Court in his alleged involvement in Delhi liquor scam.
Kejriwal will first contest the remand proceedings before the trial court and then come back to the apex court with another petition.
The Enforcement Directorate arrested Kejriwal in an excise policy-linked money laundering case on Thursday night and took him to the agency's headquarters.

The BJP, having initiated a 400-day plan last year to expose AAP's alleged involvement in "10 specific scams", including the "DJB scam", for which Kejriwal has been summoned by the ED, insists that his arrest is a matter of law, not politics.
Following Kejriwal's detention, Atishi said, "This appears to be a political conspiracy unrelated to any case or investigation. If an investigation was necessary, the ED could have awaited the court's decision.
