The driver of the Mercedes identified as 45-year-old Pradeep Gautam of Noida has been arrested and the vehicle seized for further investigation.

Police recovered the body on Aug 18 after a passerby informed the police after seeing the man lying in a pool of blood near the Ashram. The body was found on the roadside while his cycle was discovered around 150 meters away.

The victim has been identified as Rajesh Kumar, a gardener from south Delhi's Madanpur Khadar.
The driver of the Mercedes identified as 45-year-old Pradeep Gautam of Noida has been arrested and the vehicle seized for further investigation. The owner of the luxury car had given Gautam the vehicle to put it up for sale, police said.
The body will be handed over to the relatives after the autopsy, it added.
