Youth Action Summit 2027: Applications open for Berlin conference with 250 scholarships, check details

The Youth Action Summit (YAS) 2027 will be held in Berlin, Germany, from Jan 11 to 14, 2027, with applications currently open for young people aged 16 to 24.

Organized by the Centre for Diplomatic Advancement (CDA), the international youth conference will focus on diplomacy, leadership training, policy dialogue and cross-cultural exchange. The deadline to apply is Oct 5, 2026.

The summit is open to applicants from all nationalities and educational backgrounds. Candidates must have a working knowledge of English, while prior professional or work experience is not required.

The program is designed for students, young professionals, entrepreneurs, activists and others interested in global discussions, leadership development and international initiatives.

Scholarships and benefits

YAS 2027 will offer 50 fully funded scholarships, 100 partially funded scholarships and 100 forum access passes.

Candidates selected for the fully funded scholarship will receive round-trip airfare support, shared four-star accommodation, visa support and reimbursement of visa fees. They will also receive access to all summit sessions and workshops.

The fully funded package also includes summit meals, networking events, an official CDA certificate and a delegate kit. Selected participants will have opportunities to interact with delegates from different countries.

The partially funded scholarship includes accommodation, visa support, meals and access to the summit. Candidates selected under this category will be responsible for arranging their own airfare.

The forum access category provides candidates with access to summit sessions and meals. Participants will need to cover their own travel and accommodation expenses.

How to apply

Interested candidates must submit their applications through the official Youth Action Summit website before the Oct 5, 2026 deadline.

Applicants will be asked to provide information about their motivation for attending the summit, leadership experience and other relevant details during the application process.

The four-day conference will bring together young participants from different countries for sessions and activities focused on diplomacy, leadership, policy discussions and cross-cultural engagement.
