Participants can expect a dynamic learning experience, with the programme comprising over 150 recorded video lectures, more than 15 assignments, 10+ short quizzes, two weekly office hours with faculty members, three live webinars, and a culminating capstone project. This holistic approach ensures a deep understanding of the subject matter and equips participants with the requisite skills to tackle real-world challenges.
The programme is structured around 14 modules, covering a wide spectrum of topics ranging from Introduction to human-centered design (HCD) to Designing for change and design for leading. Through these modules, participants will explore key concepts such as ideation, storytelling, iterative design, agile methodologies, innovation strategies, and more, thereby gaining valuable insights into the innovation lifecycle.
Candidates interested in enrolling for the programme should possess a graduate degree (10+2+3) or a diploma (10+2+3) from a recognized university in any discipline. Additionally, a minimum of 50% marks and at least one year of work experience are prerequisites for eligibility.
Upon successful completion of the programme, participants will receive a prestigious completion certificate from IIT Delhi, provided they score a minimum of 60% marks in all evaluation components and complete the capstone project. This certificate serves as a testament to the participant's proficiency in design thinking and innovation, enhancing their professional credentials.
