Defence Minister Rajnath Singh, the head of the manifesto committee, stated, "We have fulfilled all our Sankalp. There is no discrepancy between our words and actions." He cited the repeal of Article 370 and the inauguration of the Ram temple as instances of the Sankalp.
The manifesto was made public in the presence of several prominent leaders, including Prime Minister Narendra Modi, BJP chief J.P. Nadda, Home Minister Amit Shah, and Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman.

On the occasion, BJP chief Nadda said, "Today marks the birth anniversary of Bharat Ratna Dr. B.R. Ambedkar, to whom we pay our respects. It is well-known that he was a champion for social justice. In his footsteps, the BJP has consistently advocated for social justice."
The creation of this manifesto involved the collection of over 1.5 million suggestions, with 400,000 originating from the NaMo app and 1.1 million submitted through videos.
