Schools must also upload supporting documents signed by governing body members to the state education portal, while officials will issue show-cause notices to institutions failing to comply with the directive.

The Telangana School Education Department has directed private unaided schools to display their class-wise fee structures for the 2026-27 academic year on notice boards, websites and the department's official portal.
State Director of School Education E Naveen Nicolas has instructed officials to ensure that all private unaided schools under their jurisdiction comply with the directive.

Schools will have to publish their fee details at three places: the school notice board, its official website and the Telangana School Education Department's portal, schooledu.telangana.gov.in.
A dedicated provision has been created on the department's portal for private school managements to upload their fee structures, according to an official release.
Schools must also upload supporting documents showing how the class-wise fees for the 2026-27 academic year were determined.
The documents must carry the signatures of members of the school's governing body and comply with the relevant provisions of a 1994 Government Order.
The department said the directive is intended to ensure that parents and students can easily access information about fees charged by private unaided schools.
Regional Joint Directors of School Education and District Educational Officers have been instructed to issue show-cause notices to schools that fail to display their fee structures on notice boards and websites.
Further action will be taken against non-compliant institutions in accordance with the provisions of the 1994 Government Order, the department said.
