The correction window follows the closure of the selective edit facility, while candidates can check image status online and review prescribed upload guidelines before resubmitting their details.

The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) has opened a final image correction window for NEET PG 2026 candidates whose photographs, signatures or thumb impressions were rejected during the application process.
Candidates can correct and re-upload the rejected images from Aug 12 at 1 pm until Aug 15 at 11:55 pm. NBEMS has warned that failure to make the required corrections within this period may lead to cancellation of the application.

The additional correction window was announced after the selective edit window closed on August 10. NEET PG 2026 city intimation slips were scheduled to be released on Aug 11.
NBEMS said candidates whose uploaded images were rejected have already been informed through email. They can also check the approval or rejection status by logging into the official NBEMS website, natboard.edu.in, using their application credentials.
Candidates should ensure that their revised photograph, signature and thumb impression meet the specifications prescribed by NBEMS before submission.
The examination authority has advised candidates to keep the email address and mobile number provided in their NEET PG 2026 application active until the completion of the examination, counseling and admission process.
Candidates have also been asked to read the image upload guidelines in the NEET PG 2026 Information Bulletin carefully. The relevant instructions are available on pages 110 to 127, while pages 120 to 127 provide samples of rejected images to help candidates identify and correct errors.
The NEET PG 2026 examination is scheduled to be held on Aug 30. Candidates should continue checking the official NBEMS website for updates on the city intimation slip, admit card and other examination-related information.
