IIM Rohtak launches 2 year Executive Master of Management Studies (eMMS) programme for working professionals

Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Rohtak has launched Two Year Executive Master of Management Studies (eMMS) degree programme for working professionals. The programme has been introduced for the first time keeping in mind the need of working professionals for a two-year executive managerial programme. It will give participants a blended learning experience, as the format is framed on a composite delivery mode with a mix of online and offline sessions through state of the art Online Learning Platform.

The programme aims at providing practical knowledge and personalized learning with a focus on intensive, multi-functional view on leadership. The course, with more than 1000 hours of academic rigor, will encourage participants to reflect, analyse, critique, innovate and eventually learn the intricate aspects of the present day businesses through the pedagogy of case method. Participants will also undergo multiple integrated projects during the duration of two years that shall offer opportunities to explore new areas of learning and encourage participants to reflect on and leverage past experiences. This programme will overall focus on sharpening critical managerial skill sets and solidifying leadership capabilities, hence candidates with at least 3 years of managerial/ entrepreneurial/professional experience can benefit with this programme.

The academic rigor in the design of the programme and the precision in its delivery would surely enable the participants to be outstanding managers in the challenging environments.”

To be eligible to apply for 2 year Executive Master of Management Studies, one must hold a bachelor’s degree (in any discipline) and minimum three years of managerial/ entrepreneurial/ professional experience post bachelor’s degree at the time of application. The online registrations are open till April 11, 2022 and the selection process will include Online IIM Rohtak Aptitude Test and Online Personal Interview. In case the applicants have valid CAT/ GMAT/ GRE score obtained in last 5 years, the applicant need not appear for the aptitude test.

IIM Rohtak has completed more than a decade in imparting excellence and management grit to the country’s young aspiring young managers. It is amongst the country’s top management institutes and the only IIM in the Delhi NCR region. The institute is the first IIM to have Executive Post Graduate Diploma in Sports Management, BBA+MBA degree program, and BBA+LLB degree program.
